More about us

You may have heard about the Agile project approach in the workplace. In this article, we’ll explain what Agile working is and how it impacts your project.

The English word Agile means nimble or flexible. The Agile project approach, therefore, focuses on agility in how the project is managed. It assumes that the world will change during the project and tries to adapt to these changes without losing sight of the project’s goals.

Change in the Workplace

In an Agile project, the end product is not fully defined upfront but is adjusted throughout the project based on changing conditions or customer needs. Unlike traditional project approaches, Agile embraces change during the project rather than trying to avoid it. In traditional approaches, changes are discouraged by making detailed specifications and implementing formal change management processes to prevent deviations.

The Agile approach originated in IT projects related to software development, but its principles can be applied to various other types of projects as well.
